Terms of Service

TDM365 is a brand of QF Corporation Pvt Ltd, India ("QF Corporation", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms form the agreement between the user and QF Corporation for use of TDM365.

TDM365 provides AI-assisted technical support focused on welding, metallurgy, materials and related engineering standards. It is intended to help users obtain an adequate overview of a technical problem, understand relevant evidence and requirements, identify uncertainty and consider an informed engineering decision.

TDM365 does not provide engineering certification, statutory approval, competent-person sign-off or a guarantee that an output is complete, correct, compliant or suitable for a particular project.

Users remain responsible for checking critical outputs against applicable codes, standards, project requirements, drawings, specifications, qualified procedures and competent professional judgement before relying on them.

Users must have the right to upload any documents, images, data or other material submitted to TDM365 and must not upload unlawful, confidential or third-party material without appropriate authority.

Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity carried out through their account. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe there is abuse, security risk, fraud, unlawful use or material breach of these Terms.

Paid features, pricing, billing periods and renewal terms will be shown before purchase. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled. Users can cancel in accordance with the cancellation method made available in the product or billing interface.

QF Corporation retains rights in TDM365, including its software, interface, branding and proprietary systems. Users retain ownership of material they lawfully upload, subject to the limited rights needed for us and our service providers to process that material to provide, secure and improve the service.

We may modify, improve, discontinue or replace features where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may perform maintenance, security work or emergency changes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TDM365 is provided as decision-support software. QF Corporation is not responsible for losses caused by treating AI output as a substitute for required engineering review, regulatory approval, competent-person judgement or project-specific verification.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in the user's jurisdiction.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer or statutory protections that apply to a user and cannot lawfully be excluded by contract.

Legal, billing, privacy and support requests should be submitted through the official TDM365 support/contact channel made available in the product. QF Corporation's registered office, corporate identification details and formal support contact should be published here before commercial launch.
