Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how subscription cancellation, renewal and refund requests are handled for TDM365 services supplied by QF Corporation Pvt Ltd.
Last updated: 7 October 2026
1. Cancellation
Users may cancel a paid subscription using the cancellation method provided in the product or billing interface. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, cancellation stops future renewal and access continues until the end of the already-paid billing period.
2. Refunds
Except where a refund is required by applicable law, charges for an already-started subscription period are generally non-refundable once paid and access has been made available.
We may consider a refund or account credit where there has been a duplicate charge, confirmed billing error, material service failure or another exceptional circumstance that makes a refund appropriate.
3. Mandatory consumer rights
This policy does not remove any cancellation, cooling-off, refund or consumer protection right that applies under mandatory law in the user's country and cannot lawfully be waived.
4. Renewal
If a subscription renews automatically, the renewal frequency and price will be displayed before purchase. Users are responsible for cancelling before the next renewal date if they do not want the subscription to renew.
5. Refund requests
Refund and billing requests should be submitted through the official TDM365 support/contact channel with sufficient information to identify the transaction. Approved refunds will normally be returned using the original payment method where technically possible.
6. Payment platform terms
If payment is made through an app store, payment processor or other third-party platform, that platform's billing and refund rules may also apply and may control the refund process.
